An Amendment changing the process for the ratification of future Amendments

All future Amendments to this Constitution, upon having been passed by the Congress, with a simple majority vote in the House of Representatives and in the Senate, shall be ratified by means of a direct popular referendum, to be held on the Tuesday after the first Monday of November, in the year in which it is passed by the Congress, requiring a simple majority vote of the national electorate in order to be ratified and to become part of this Constitution.
