An Amendment banning unjust foreign wars

1. Congress shall not have the power to authorize the President, in his or her role as Commander in Chief, to authorize the Armed Forces to invade any foreign sovereign nation or to intervene in any foreign war that is not related to the direct self-defense of American territory.

2. Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this Amendment.
