Reform ballot access laws

Current ballot access laws are unfairly restrictive of "third-party" candidates, presenting a major hurdle via registration fees, petition requirements, and even votes garnered in previous elections. This restricts the voters' options unfairly. A reform of these laws through further constitutional guarantees would ensure fairer representation.
