Constitutional Amendments via National Vote with 70% in favor

Allow voters to vote up or down changes to the US constitution with a 70% vote in favor of it. Also require 15% of number of voters to sign a petition to bring it to voters.

A bad idea. It would give the big states an unfair advantage. Don't fight the Founding Fathers. They gave it more thought than any of us.
