Elect a national Attorney General

Rather than have the Attorney General be an appointed position, allow him to be elected. The idea here is that right now the President has full power when it comes to execution of laws and such. But as we have seen President's abuse this. It doesn't really matter, Republican's, Democrats, whatever. Overall the idea is divide up the power. Having another nationally elected official could prove to be a counter balance from time to time.
