Effective Length of Laws

Congress is just a make work bunch of lawyers who are constantly righting and rewriting and encroaching on States Rights.

Every Law written by Congress should last for 5 years without revision. This will make them think thru the unintended consequences of there dirty work. We must be getting to the upper limit of required laws aren't we. enough is enough.
