Truth in Spending Amendment

Every citizen shall be provided,within 30 days, a summary statement of government spending by department including the flagging of FOREIGN AID by COUNTRY. The statement shall clearly show the bottom line spending including deficit spending for 5 consequtive years. The total National Debt shall be reported monthly to all citizens.

The Debt Ceilling Limit that Congress imposes shall be abolished and replaced with a Supreme Court certification that all spending are justified in the Constitution. The President shall have line item veto of all spending not certified by the Supreme Court.

All budgets shall not be inflatted with the rise in GDP.
