Amend the Constitution-the States pay the salaries of Congressional Members

Congressional representatives work for the States not the Federal government. All benefits should come from the State. Lobbyist must be required to speak before a full house on the state level. No priorities in DC. No lobbyist can hold a Federal Job. It should be listed as a conflict of interest. Their employment record indicates special interest and affiliation to privileged information regarding a corporation (Intent). Repeal the status of a Corporation as being a Person. This give Board Members extra voting privileges denied to the average American. That law should be declared Unconstitutional
