Amend Electoral College-12th Amendment

"The Person having the greatest number of Electoral Votes shall be President. If no Person receives greater than 50% of the whole number of Electors appointed, the Person having the highest number of Electoral Votes cast shall be the President upon being ratified by 2/3 of the States meeting in Constitutional Convention.

Should ratification fail, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by bollot, the President by the means prescribed in the 12th Amendment.

The current President shall serve as THE PRESIDENT for 60 days after and until a duly elected President is determined."
