Every citizen ages 18 to 36 must serve 2 yr in military or another organization providing public service.Every citizen of this nation should be required to serve a minimum of 2 years of military service and remain in the nations reserve force until such time as they are 40 years of age. During the time in the nations reserve force they can be subjected to reactivation for duty during national emergency or a condition of war. Those members who wish to earn retirement points for military service will be in the standby reserve the first to be called in emergency or war while those in the inactive reserve shall be subject to a minimum of 14 days notice before recall to active service except in a time of war.
