Term Limits

1. The minimum age to qualify for Congress will be 45.

2. The minimum age to qualify for President will be 55.

3. Compensation for Congress shall be set by the representing State.

4. Retirement benefits will be limited to a 401k with a 3% matching contribution.

5. Health benefits will be limited to Medicare.

Increasing the eligibility age for Congress will discourage career politicians.

Add:

6. No Congressme will serve beyond the age of 65.
