Elected officials earn MEDIAN of their constituant

Make it so that ANY elected official, ANY office: federal, state, etc. May ONLY earn the median (average) wage of their constituents. Their Salary, benefits, and retirement, at any level cannot exceed their constituents on any level. Benefit and retirement packages also the MEDIAN of the people they serve
