Eliminate Judicial Review

The Judicial Review Doctrine was created not by Congress but by the 1803 Supreme Court and it nullified the Founding Fathers Separation of Powers doctrine. It has lead to "legislating from the bench" which is "Judicial Activism"...Judges meddling in the purview of the U.S. Congress and their control of the U.S. Congress, U.S. Executive branches and we, the people.
