Eliminate executive privilage for investigative purposes.

Allow congress to appoint a prosecutor that is independent of the executive branch when dealing with scandals of the executive branch. Also eliminate executive privilege when the congress is investigating the executive branch. If executive branch person refuses then the supreme court will immediately hear the case and see if the executive branch is in contempt. If anyone is found in contempt ( except for president) they will be immediately charged with a low lvl felony and removed from office. The president may only be removed if impeached if 2 out of the following vote 2/3rds to do so. Congress, Senate, supreme court.
