End Federal Cannabis Prohibition

I don't believe the cannabis issue is important enough to be a constitutional amendment. Leave that to the lawbooks.

I disagree its a fundamental issue economically. Hemp, its seed and the oil derived is as important as oil and timber and its prohibition a result of corporate political influence specifically propagated by those two industries to eliminate competition. In a free market society it shouldnt be acceptable for one business to lobby congress, create a fear campaign against its competitor, and then introduce and pass legislation banning it out right. Its the sugar and corn scenerio just hemp and oil instead.
