War Powers

The President shall not commit, without congressional approval, acts of WAR; unless in reponse to actual acts of aggression directed upon the several States, territories of the United States, its embassies or its global military forces nor its allies.

Upon response to acts of agression against the Unites States nor its Allies, the President shall seek immediate Congressional approval for a year long authority to continue such acts of War. The President shall seek Congressional approval for additional year's long authority to conduct War untill all hostilities are resolved to the satisfaction of Congress.
