Increase Culpability of Shareholders

Shareholders of a corporation shall be considered legally culpable for the actions of the corporation and its employees, provided they are acting in the interest of the corporation. Any penalty, including jail time, exacted for crimes committed by the corporation or employees of the corporation acting in its interest shall be applied to the shareholders in proportion to the number of shares owned.

Any use of attorneys paid for by or in the employ of the corporation to defend the actions of an employee shall be considered tacit approval of the actions of that employee.
