INTERNET CONGRESS

Congressmen shall conduct all business in their home State in front of a citizen jury. Thier business shall be linked over the internet. All buiness shall be conducted in 4 week quarterly sessions.

All bills of attainer shall be for a single purpose only and shall not exceed one single spaced page.

Spending shall only be for those authorized in the Constitution. All current unautherized spending shall be phased out in a workable timeframe.

Congressmen shall be compensated based upon their full time employment. Congressmen shall get no vacation or pension.
