The Constitution of the United States Only Apply to Legal American Citizens.

All of the rights that are contained within the United States Constitution shall only be granted to legal citizens of the United States, and shall never under any circumstance be granted or extended to individuals or group who are in the United States without a legal citizenship.

In addition, individuals and group that are in the United States illegally shall have no right to due process for any reason and that the legal citizens of the United States and the States have every right to detain or expell illegal aliens in ways that they deem necessary.
